What should a new client know about working with you?

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you are seen, heard, and supported. I'm a clinician who generally cares, and I want to see you succeed. I believe in the power of collaboration and will work alongside you to set meaningful goals and develop strategies that align with your values and aspirations.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we will talk a little bit about what brings you into therapy and what your goals are for our work together. At the end of the day, you are the expert on your own life! I'm not one of those therapists who tells you exactly what you need to do. Instead, I will support you through your journey as you take the lead of your own recovery. If you're ready to take the next step toward healing, I invite you to schedule an appointment. Together, we can navigate the path to a more fulfilling and authentic life.
