I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, emotional dysregulation, relationship concerns, and self-esteem difficulties. I utilize approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and person-centered therapy to help clients develop healthy coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and work toward their personal goals. I am primarily interested in working with young adults, particularly individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood difficulties, emotional dysregulation, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, and stress.
