UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship dilemmas. My counseling style is interactive, primarily using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I aim to help you create meaningful change in your life through a highly individualized approach tailored to your goals, strengths, and daily challenges. When working with couples, I employ Emotion-Focused Therapy, and with individuals, I use CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Both are evidence-based therapies shown to produce positive treatment outcomes. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Phillips Graduate University and a Bachelor’s degree from California State Polytechnic University.
