Life can be challenging, and sometimes those challenges interfere with your relationships, work, goals, and overall wellbeing. You have taken the first step by seeking therapy, and I am here to help. I am a Licensed Psychotherapist in several states, offering tele-therapy to support you in addressing concerns such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, maternal mental health, addiction, relationship issues, race-based traumatic stress, and parenting. I treat clients in TX, NJ, PA, and SC. I provide a collaborative and supportive setting to help you achieve transformative change.
I completed a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Hunter College and hold a BSW. I have extensive experience using an eclectic approach of evidence-based treatments, including CBT, DBT, ACT, PE, CPT, and IFS, through a Person-Centered, HAES, and Trauma-Informed lens to provide meaningful and transformative care for a variety of concerns.
My approach is empathic, collaborative, empowering, and supportive, guided by the values of cultural humility. Therapy is tailored to suit your needs and meet you where you are as you navigate some of the most challenging experiences in your life.
