What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with clients who want both insight and practical change—whether that means easing anxiety, rebuilding confidence, healing from past experiences, or creating healthier relationships. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical intake appointment would gathering some information about you, getting to know you, discussing treatment and treatment options, treatment planning with goals and this could take up to three sessions in the beginning. Then, typical therapy sessions would look like working on treatment goals, providing insight and psycho-education, and assigning homework which may be involved on a weekly basis at first and then once there is noted progress through self-reporting, mental health assessment then we might reduce the therapy to biweekly. I am always asked, "how long will I be in therapy?". That question is difficult to answer, there is alot of factors to consider and that's why assessments are helpful to generate progress succession. They are a big component to the therapy and you will be asked to fill them out regularly.
