UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. My aim as a therapist is to help you understand the factors contributing to your current struggles and support you in finding ways to stop engaging in behaviors that cause anxiety and pain. I provide strategies to help you begin healing and regain control of your life. I specialize in working with teens and adults who struggle with eating disorders, OCD, intrusive thoughts, trichotillomania, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), and anxiety. I equip people with tools to prevent being consumed by thoughts that cause constant worry about issues like food, their body, or distressing intrusive thoughts. Additionally, I am trained in exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy and I-CBT. I hold a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University.
