I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist. My approach is direct, yet gentle. My clients can rely on me to help get them through their past and present struggles. What should a new client know about working with you?

I have worked extensively with individuals and families who have experienced trauma and other stressful events. I partner with the client to heal and restore functionality by connecting past events to present triggers and helping the client to move forward with effective strategies in place.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I prioririze establishingrapport, which can begin to take place during treatment planning. The goals will be collaborative, measurable and reflect the client's needs. My role as the therapist, is to navigate achievement toward these goals.
