We will complete an intake assessment so I can better understand your concerns. This will help us develop goals for our sessions. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions With my experience as a college counselor, I have developed expertise in advising clients in stress management, resilience building, and coping strategies. The clients I'm best positioned to serve I specialize in supporting and empowering clients through life transitions (college adjustment, divorce, parenthood, etc). Whether you are struggling with specific issues or looking for a safe space to reflect, I am here to support you. I can help you develop healthy coping mechanisms, manage stress, and foster a stronger sense of self. Additionally, I have special interest in chronic illness (lived experience) and women's issues.
