I am trained in Lifespan Integration and Sandtray Therapy, both gentle, yet transformative methods. Lifespan Integration works to clear trauma, integrating past experiences and rewiring neural pathways to support healing. Sandtray Therapy engages both sides of the brain, aiding in the processing of traumatic experiences and helping client's reframe their narratives in a more resilient and empowering way.
