“Delighted to have met a Jungian-trained therapist who is also a person of color and one who promotes social justice. Go on any Jungian website and you can count on one hand how many POC (persons of color) psychoanalysts are listed! Manny listens empathetically and challenges me to live consciously. I feel very empowered after my talks with him.”

Getting to know Manny Dominguez

Are you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who you are becoming? Life transitions, relationship struggles, anxiety, grief, identity questions, and existential pain can leave us feeling overwhelmed or lost. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way. I help individuals of all ages better understand the unconscious patterns that shape their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. Together, we explore what may be keeping you stuck, uncover deeper meaning in your experiences, and create space for healing, growth, and lasting change. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Depth Psychology and Integrative Healing Practices, I offer a holistic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I believe each person carries an innate capacity for healing, and therapy can help bring that inner wisdom forward. My role is to support you with compassion and insight as you move toward greater clarity, authenticity, and wholeness.

What should a new client know about working with you?

People commonly believe that mental health concerns are initiated by some kind of negative experience or trauma. However, the stories that we form in response to such events, color the ways in which we see the world. When we focus on the “problem-saturated narratives” of our lives, it is of no surprise that we may experience depression, anxiety, anger issues, attachment issues, personality disorders, relationship problems…etc. As a guiding witness, I will help you deconstruct these harmful narratives and integrate new “preferred-narratives.” We cannot change the events of your past, but we can change the meanings of such experiences in order to reclaim your power/energy.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I feel like I have grown because of Manny. I would recommend him to anyone who needs someone to talk with especially those from my community
I thought my previous experiences with therapy had been good, but Manny is absolutely the best fit I've found. I feel seen, heard, and he "gets" me. His approach is solution oriented, holistic, and empowering. I look forward to our sessions every single time, and feel better after each session, even if I was feeling great before hand. I'm so grateful to have found him.
Manny is great. I was worried about finding a therapist I could really click with and he has been an ideal fit for me and is just an all around great person and therapist.
