Getting to know Manuel Leiva
Working with me doesn't feel like traditional therapy. My sessions are relaxed and free of judgement because I know first hand how hard it is to open up and ask for help. For over 15 years I've worked with young adults, adults and families to get through hard transitions and improve their symptoms. I teach you evidence based skills (aka stuff that has been proven by research to work) and how to use them in daily life. I'm here to motivate, encourage and challenge you. I'm a San Fernando Valley native. Outside the office I enjoy a good bbq, spending time with my family and hanging out with friends.
