Hi, my name is Manny, and I have been working as a mental health therapist for 3 years. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Florida International University and my Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of working with many different people in various settings. I have interned and worked in university counseling, community mental health, and even with an organization that served individuals experiencing homelessness. My approach is eclectic, meaning that I blend different methods based on your needs. I am a proponent of using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based approaches. Overall, however, I understand that the most important factor in all of this is our relationship. I aim to create a space that feels safe and warm.
