I am passionate about working with people who have experienced a difficult time in their lives or a major trauma. Supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, children, and those with disabilities gives me the most fulfillment. I’m here to help my clients, empower them, and remind them of their strength and resilience. I’ve always been passionate about supporting people to be their true selves and breaking down the stigma around mental health. My goal is to empower my clients to grow and feel comfortable in their identities. I’m all about creating a space where people feel heard, valued, and ready to explore who they are. When I’m not in the office, you’ll probably find me baking something sweet, getting lost in a good fiction book, or out on a hike, soaking up nature. Taking that first step is huge, and I’m honored to be part of your journey. You matter, and I’m here to help however I can! I am here to help support your growth!
