Life can be hard to navigate, especially when you're feeling stuck and unsure why. Maybe you've experienced grief, loss, trauma, abuse, or just the daily weight of stress and loneliness, leaving you overwhelmed, out of control, or even numb. Whether you’re a preteen, teen, adult, parent, or somewhere in between, I want you to know this: taking the first step toward help is something to be proud of. I’m here to walk with you, help you make sense of what you're feeling, and support you in finding a way forward. If you're new to therapy, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure things out on your own. I offer a client-centered approach that supports your emotional health and meets you where you are. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand how your thoughts and feelings are connected, and how small shifts can bring real relief. I also use Narrative Therapy to gently explore the stories you hold about yourself, and together we’ll create new ones that reflect your strengths, values, and the life you want to build. I work with preteens, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety, overwhelming emotions, and major life transitions. Whether you're adjusting to a new phase of life, coping with past experiences, or feeling disconnected from yourself, I offer a compassionate space to explore what you're going through and build tools that can promote hope and provide a plan of action.
