“Nine out of 10 times I have met some of the nicest and compassionate customer service agent, especially for the mental health field. Last week I was in a pure panic attack and I had to make an appointment and beautiful Roslyn stayed on the phone with me to call me down.
That there shows true compassion from another human being, which means more to me and I’m assuming and many other people that are just looking for somebody. Nice to talk to you to get through it so we can move forward.
Downfall part
And old psychiatrist told me that I cannot talk to the girls answering the phone or they will get fired.
That was after somebody left me a very nice complement.
Be picky on your psychiatrist, but Customer Service and calling them for anything is great”
