What should a new client know about working with you?

Our therapeutic approach is patient centered. We collaborate with you throughout the entire therapeutic process so that you feel comfortable, we are on the same page about your treatment, and can measure your progress.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will begin your treatment with developing a deep understanding of your personality and the current challenges that you are experiencing. This will help to form a treatment plan that will guide your therapy. Throughout the sessions we will work to find solutions that can help to move you forward and live a more satisfying life.
