What should a new client know about working with you?

I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to the therapy space, including my own journey through infertility, IUI, IVF, and parenting multiples. These experiences allow me to approach clients with deep empathy, patience, and respect for the emotional weight that family-building, pregnancy, and parenting can carry. I also was a School Counselor for years and truly enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults. My style is nurturing and collaborative. I walk alongside clients as they build self-trust, strengthen coping skills, and learn new ways to manage anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional stress. Together, we focus on creating a sense of grounding, safety, and empowerment so clients can move toward healing, resilience, and the meaningful changes they want for themselves and their families.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In a typical session, I get to know your current concerns and goals, teach coping strategies, and create step-by-step plans to address challenges. We review progress regularly and adjust approaches as needed. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to each client’s needs.
