I will collaborate with you to improve your self-awareness, self-esteem, and communication so you can thrive within yourself and in your relationships with others. Together, we will choose a therapeutic framework that aligns with your values. I am trauma-focused, using techniques and approaches such as mindfulness, breathwork, and spirituality to help you unfold your past and your relationships so you can heal and move forward into a life where you can thrive and experience the quality of life you deserve. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Fullerton, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy.
