UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. Exploration of the relationship between feelings, thoughts, and behaviors; focuses on identifying negative thoughts and replacing them with healthier ones. I hold a Bachelor's degree and a Master's in Social Work from Long Island University, which have equipped me with the skills to support individuals in this transformative process.

I am very passionate about helping clients live their best lives by being their best selves.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Good client/clinician relationship; 2) Clarifying and assessing the presenting problem or situation; 3) Identifying and setting counseling or treatment goals; 4) Designing and implementing interventions; and 5) Planning, termination, and follow-up.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
