Getting to know Marci Stiles

WE DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE. Also, we do not PRESCRIBE MEDICATION. I see clients ages 8 and up. Marci Stiles is a licensed professional counselor here in Dallas. She holds a Master’s in Counseling and a Master’s in Personal Development, both from Amberton University. Marci has been practicing in the Metroplex for over 20 years and has a heart for individuals and couples who struggle with depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. Over the years, she has developed an eclectic group of counseling skills that allow her to empathize with her clients one minute and challenge them the next. She deftly works with her clients, knowing when to pull her punches and when to demand greater engagement. “My clients know they can talk to me honestly,” says Marci about her Dallas practice, “but they also know that I am going to require them to grow and to stretch.” Her clients are quick to say how much they appreciate Marci’s direct but gentle approach. “Marci is positive, compassionate, and easy to talk to,” offers a recent client. “She helped me gain a more positive outlook on myself and the situations in my life.” Being the kind of therapist clients trust, Marci is able to make progress with even the most difficult situations: the troubled marriage. “Marci gave us the tools to communicate better and to get the love back in our relationship,” states a Dallas couple. “We have recommended Marci to several of our couple friends.” Counseling clients with their problems and equipping them with the tools they need to work through difficulties is what this Dallas therapist excels at. “Being a therapist clients, couples, and families can trust means seeing this as more than a job,” Marci explains. “It’s my passion… helping people become better people.”
