Getting to know Marcia' Trejo
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in virtual therapy for young adult women experiencing anxiety, depression, and periods of transition. Many of my clients are navigating pivotal moments-college, early career decisions, identity shifts, or uncertainty about what’s next-and feel pressure to have everything figured out.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I help clients make sense of their emotional experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and build confidence in their decisions and sense of self. Therapy with me is a space to explore, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and emotional stability.
I provide fully virtual therapy and am licensed in South Carolina, Florida, Maryland, and Connecticut. I work with clients who are ready to engage in meaningful personal growth and create sustainable change in their lives.
What should a new client know about working with you?
The first session is the Intake session, Clients are able to use this as an opportunity to share with me what brought them to therapy. Clients are able to express their struggles and any predisposing factors as well as goals you are wanting to work on. Between sessions I will challenge you to continue working towards the change you want by completing outside of session work. Each session creates an opportunity to share and process emotions. Clients often leave my sessions feeling empowered and ready to tackle their struggles.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
