As a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I want to help clients discover themselves better and see the potential that they have. Seeking help is the first step in enjoying life. I have been practicing for the last 19 years and in the last 6 years I have been focussing my practice with adults (males and females) aged from 19 to 70 years who are struggling with depression and anxiety

What should a new client know about working with you?

I understand that each client comes with a pressing story impacting their lives. Once we agree to work together in the journey of therapy, we will work together to find ways for the clients to feel better and be able to move forward in life. I want to create for the clients a supportive space where they will express their feelings in an empathetic way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you. I will do an assessment where the clients will share what may be happening for them. We will talk about changes and adjustments that they want to achieve in the therapeutic sessions. I will be supporting clients on achieving those changes. I will provide a warm and supportive environment where feelings will be expressed freely.
