I hold a Master's degree in Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addictions Counselor in the state of Colorado. For the past decade, I have worked in both private practice and the public sector, helping many people struggling to move out of dysfunctional beliefs and behaviors and move into a place where they can find serenity and a rewarding life. I specialize in helping people who have reached a point where they no longer know how to help themselves. This could involve addictive behaviors that cause harm, behaviors that damage relationships such as infidelity or constant arguments, or any other compulsive behaviors that prevent you from living the life you want. With specialized training in addictions, trauma, relationships, and integrating identity into my work, I am committed to guiding you toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
