I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches to meet each person exactly where they are. These evidence-based methods have helped me support men, women, and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered—to understand your experiences, reclaim your voice, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
