Psychotherapist
NY
I enjoy providing my clients with a results-oriented approach that keeps people motivated. I practice in an integrated way, utilizing multiple research-based methods. I am a New York State licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from the State University of New York, Buffalo, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the State University of New York, Stony Brook. I serve clients throughout NYS using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth program that sends a secure link to your email. I participate with Aetna, Cigna, OSCAR, Oxford, and United Healthcare. Insurance verification may take 24-48 hours through my billing service. I also accept most major credit cards through STRIPE if you do not have these insurances or seek life coaching. My background in MST, NLP, and work in NYC, the Bronx, and Buffalo—in homes, schools, and private practice—allows me to support your needs, assisting you in locating strengths, resources, and clarity. I help manage unwanted symptoms related to anxiety, stress, overwhelm, or low motivation. With over 18 years in the field, I have supported leaders in business, the medical field, and educators. I am experienced in coping with chronic illness (cancer, immune issues, Alzheimer’s) and grief support. I am permanently certified as a NYS School Social Worker and NYS School District Leader. I understand NYS school disability law, IEPs, school discipline, and medical (504) needs. I also support transitions through middle school, high school, technical school, graduate school, and parents. After the challenges children and parents faced during the pandemic, the regular issues pre-teens and teens face remain. I am here to help—individually or for groups. Whether you are a parent, student, adult, senior, or caregiver, I am ready to help. If you are ready for change and to improve your quality of life, I can create a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes growth, inspiration, and opportunity.
