I’ve been seeing a therapist through my gyno’s office believe it or not and I had mentioned to her I wanted to do trauma therapy. She really got the ball rolling on that and I just saw Marcy yesterday. Both therapist are extremely nice and I really like both of them. I will also be seeing a therapist who does EMDR on Monday which I’m very excited about. I’m on a healing journey and everyone at lifestance has made it very easy to get started! Thank you!
