As a Mental Health Counselor with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Hofstra University, I've worked in mental health and substance use clinics with clients experiencing a variety of diagnoses. My most common clients typically face anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, familial conflict, communication difficulties, OCD, ADHD, PTSD/trauma, or panic disorders.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I hope my clients can take away from my sessions solutions, coping skills, and confidence. It takes a lot of work to be in therapy as a client, so my ideal expectation is to provide you with resources to succeed outside of sessions!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I do my best to create a safe and comfortable environment for clients to build a strong foundation with me. I find it's crucial to establish that bond so we can dive deeper to the root of the problems and be more efficient in finding solutions.
