My name is Anne Hedelius. I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My strengths are in helping people to improve their relationships and teaching effective emotional regulation skills. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or any other issue, please know there is hope for a better tomorrow. My approach I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice, but may employ a variety of different treatment types to support you. I encourage clients to identify guiding principals and values that will help them to achieve their goals in life. My focus I work with individuals to create an emotionally safe and nurturing space. My journey to mental healthcare After completing training in behavioral health at University Nevada Reno and Liberty University, I began practicing. In addition to caring for patients through telehealth, I have experience practicing in clinics, hospitals and nursing homes.
