I am a warm seasoned Provider helping individuals who are experiencing a strong stress response. There is nothing wrong with you. It is your body letting you know you need more safety and soothing.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You can expect me to use warm, active, empathic listening. There is power in a trusting relationship. We will partner together on co-creating safety. We will use skills to help you find helpful ways to navigate strong emotions and find meaning and vitality. I have many modalities I use to help children and adults who experienced stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, mistrust in communities.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session can look like : Empathic listening, mindful pause, exploration of therapeutic approached-perspective taking. I will work with you on sensing what you most need-to be deeply heard, helped (therapeutic modalities) or soothed (mindfulness, stress management , grounding, breathwork, somatic tools for relaxation). You will co-create what is most helpful for you.
