Getting to know Margeaux Mack

Hello! I specialize in working with individuals with disabilities and their families and am passionate about supporting the Autism population. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. Whether you're seeking guidance for yourself or support in advocating for a loved one, I’m here to help you navigate the journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to help you build the confidence and skills needed to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease. Clients who work with me often take away stronger self advocacy, effective coping strategies, increased self-awareness, greater empowerment, and a faith based perspective (if desired). My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy is not just about insight but about taking action to create the life you want. I am here to guide, challenge, and support you every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, helping individuals build the skills and resilience they need to thrive . I believe that true growth comes from both support and challenge, so I gently push my clients to step outside their comfort zones while providing a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploration and healing. When desired, I can integrate Christian approaches into therapy, incorporating faith-based perspectives to support healing and personal growth. My approach is always tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring that therapy aligns with their values and goals.
