What should a new client know about working with you?

I practice through a psychodynamic lens often honing in on your strengths and helping with solution-oriented approaches. I am a strong believer in the power of mindfulness and breathwork. I provide a warm, safe and nurturing space for you to uncover what may be holding you back from connecting with yourself and your needs. I help clients express their feelings and fears in order to work through them so that they can enjoy a place of higher self-esteem, authenticity, and abundance. I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults who are motivated to do the courageous inner work to shift from a place of anxiety and suffering to greater certainty and joy.
