Hello, I'm Margo. I offer in-person sessions in Evansville, IN, and virtual sessions for individuals throughout Indiana and Colorado. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering process, where we work together to identify your goals and navigate life's challenges. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Indiana University and a master's degree in social work from the University of Denver. Since beginning my career in the mental health field in 2014, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations in various settings. My experience spans school-based mental health programs, child protection services, NICU and older adult hospital units, and families experiencing homelessness. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana and Colorado, I specialize in anxiety, depression, family relationships, trauma, grief/bereavement and life transitions. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based model for treating trauma symptoms in children and teens. Additionally, I have training in play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma Systems Therapy.
