I am a warm and supportive therapist with over 20 years of experience working with clients struggling with anxiety and depression. I have a graduate degree from UC Berkeley and have worked with a range of ages (18+), but I have a particular fondness for working with older adults.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a client-centered therapist, meaning that I see therapy as a partnership in which we work together to help you get to a place of healing. I have extensive experience practicing CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our introductory session, I will create a space for you to share what you've been going through. I will help you determine your goals in therapy, and we will make a plan to work toward them in the following sessions.
