I would love to partner with you on a journey to healing! Life is hard but we were never designed to do it alone. I believe fellowship and faith are some amazing ways to overcome life's challenges. What should a new client know about working with you?

In my work, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, while also honoring the spiritual beliefs that shape their lives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session together we will establish what you hope to obtain during therapy and ways we can work towards this goal. I often have open communication and encourage a relaxed atmosphere so you can feel comfortable to explore the true reason why you started therapy. With Cognitive behavioral therapy we will start thinking about our thinking and explore healthy mind habits.
