What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Gottman Method, mindfulness practices, strengths-based therapy, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I am certified in EMDR and Gottman Level 2, and I often help clients build healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, improve emotional regulation, and better understand the deeper roots of their challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our work together, I bring curiosity, compassion, and a nonjudgmental perspective. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be honest, explore challenges at your own pace, and develop meaningful tools for lasting change. I aim to create an environment that feels supportive, structured when needed, and flexible enough to meet you where you are—with patience, humor, and empathy along the way.
