Hello! I'm a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I have been through a lot in my life journey, which provides me with a lot of compassion, empathy as well as a profound understanding of hard ships and challenges. I am a firm believer of real life experience to mold and shape in the best way possible. I have been in this field since 2014. I have been active therapist for 6 years. Counseling providing therapy and also have experience as a social worker and teacher. I earned my Bachelors in psychology from JFKU and my Masters in clinical psychology/marriage family therapy. I've worked in many different clinical settings doing family, individual, couples, children and individual therapy. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familial relationships and hard ships. I have experience leading clients through understanding their own strengths and allow them to get in touch with the highest and best part of who they are and can be. I have treated depression, anxiety, social anxiety issues, relationship conflicts/issues, career, grief, adoption, weight problems and more. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space, to work side by side to overcome traumas, and barriers. I have different approaches and modalities I use to fit each individual client. I am fully committed to listen and offer my best professional practices to help you. I am transparent and genuine, which can create a real therapeutic relationship. You can count on my empathetic and person-centered approach towards every conversation we take part on. I am an open person, I love people, but i find it so hard sharing with what really bothers me. Though the sessions I really find a lot of tools in place that help me with finding my balance and happiness. She is the person who definitely made a change in my life. Thank you very much!
