I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and 5 years of experience in private practice and outpatient settings. I have spent the past 5 years supporting professionals in their career development and have a passion for professional coaching and the use of Motivational Interviewing techniques. My experience includes helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and career difficulties.
As a professional woman of color, I have vast experience navigating the dynamics of the corporate world. If you are feeling the stress of work, I am here to support and motivate you!

My goal is to deeply explore those strengths with you, help you recognize them, and identify your desires from counseling so we can work toward those goals. What should a new client know about working with you?
Clients will learn to identify ways in which their perspectives were formed, ways to shift their perspectives if that is what they desire, and strengths identification with me will be an ongoing process. I am a firm believer that the way we perceive ourselves in the world can strongly impact our thoughts, mood and behaviors.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
