I am fully trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is a powerful tool for addressing a wide range of struggles rooted in trauma. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, family relationships, life transitions, PTSD, spirituality, stress, or trauma, I am here to support you. I believe that each person is unique, and therefore, I use a tailored approach that best suits your individual needs. This means incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities to find what works best for you. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood.
