I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. I graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 2013, and last year I completed a Post-Master‚Äôs Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. I specialize in Anxiety Disorders and strategies that soothe the nervous system. My therapeutic emphasis is trauma-informed techniques. I have experience working in school settings, community-based care, residential, and agencies. My clients are often individuals and families who know that setting a therapeutic objective is important for improving their well-being and are looking to implement the strategies that will assist in enhancing their everyday wellness. Each client has a unique situation and needs different personalized techniques - whether that is through individual therapy, learning coping skills, or addressing workplace stressors. You and I will collaborate as we design your therapeutic process by deciding what matters to you and what meaningful sources of wisdom are. I am a raving fan of positive psychology. The emphasis of therapy should be collaborating, learning, and thriving to integrate significant therapeutic techniques. Above all, what matters is to establish rapport as we together identify the best ways for you to mitigate your symptoms.
