As a compassionate psychiatric social worker; I have spent over 10 years working with adults in both hospital and community settings. I enjoy building rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and strive to create a calm; safe; and nonjudgmental environment for healing. I believe in the inherent worth of all individuals; and I am dedicated to helping others. In my practice as an LCSW; I use evidence-based techniques to help with issues such as life transitions; grief; and mood. Working together we will identify desired outcomes; improve coping skills; emotion regulation; and mindfulness practices.
