Hello and welcome! I'm a clinical therapist in California committed to empowering women and girls who feel exhausted, stuck, or uncertain about their direction in life. I hold a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University – Los Angeles. Many people I work with struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression, chronic people-pleasing, unmet needs, feelings of worthlessness, difficulty trusting their intuition, relationship struggles, grief or loss, family issues, or the heavy weight of trauma. I specialize in these areas, as well as childhood or adult trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sexual abuse recovery, and women's reproductive mental health.

If you’re a woman experiencing challenges like infertility, child loss, perinatal or postpartum difficulties, navigating third-party family planning, or facing perimenopause/menopause, I’m here to offer compassionate guidance. I provide a warm, nurturing space where you can share your experiences with someone who understands. Having faced my own difficult path toward motherhood, I know how isolating and painful reproductive loss and trauma can be. You don’t have to face it alone—I’m here to support you and help you live a life full of deep connection, fulfillment, and joy.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I offer online therapy services throughout California, ensuring support is accessible no matter where you live or how busy you are. I earned my Master’s degree from Antioch University-Los Angeles in Clinical Psychology with a trauma specialization. Over the years, I’ve been honored to work with a diverse range of clients—from children and teens to adults, families, and groups—in community mental health, school counseling, private practice, and non-profit settings. In addition, I serve as a clinical supervisor, consultant, and educator in trauma care and women's issues.
In every session, I'll collaborate with you on your healing process so you are a part of treatment from start to finish. I typically blend evidence-based practices, such as trauma-informed mindfulness, with creative problem-solving, intuitive insights, and even a touch of humor when fitting. This approach is carefully tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and therapy goals so you can become the best version of yourself.
