My therapeutic approach incorporate evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while also incorporating play-based techniques when appropriate to help children and adolescents express themselves, build coping skills, and develop emotional awareness.
