My counseling philosophy is grounded in the belief that every individual has the innate capacity for healing, growth, and transformation. I view counseling as a collaborative process in which, with time, effort, trust, and therapeutic support, individuals can overcome challenges and move toward greater balance and well-being. I provide counseling to individuals across the lifespan and have experience working with diverse populations, offering support and guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs. My clinical approach is rooted in humanistic principles and integrates person-centered therapy, reality therapy, and cognitive behavioral interventions to foster resilience and lasting change. My areas of specialization include anxiety and depressive disorders, stress management, adjustment-related concerns, substance use disorders, and military readjustment issues. As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish, I am also committed to increasing access to quality mental health services within the Spanish-speaking community. Above all, my role is to guide you on your journey toward growth and wellness.
