I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, depression, relationship stress, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful and self-aware but feel stuck in patterns they can't quite shift whether that's overthinking, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling overwhelmed by competing responsibilities. Many of the adults I work with feel stuck or overwhelmed, even if they're not entirely sure why. They may struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, setting boundaries, or balancing the many demands in their lives. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin making intentional shifts. My style is collaborative, structured, and supportive. I believe therapy should feel both grounding and practical. In our work together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while also building skills you can apply in everyday life. I aim to create a space that feels calm, respectful, and focused where insight and action go hand in hand. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
