I am a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to supporting adolescents and adults through life’s challenges. I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach and integrate CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR techniques to help clients heal, grow, and build resilience. As a bilingual, first-generation college graduate, I am passionate about breaking cultural and language barriers in mental health.

Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan that may include coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and trauma-informed practices. Each session is focused on providing support, building resilience, and helping you take meaningful steps toward healing and recovery.
