I combine cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance, and solution focused therapy based an each individual client’s needs through talk therapy.

I provide a nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. My goal is to help you gain deeper insight into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck or causing distress.
