Attentive, considerate, resourceful and reliable. Maria's ability to simultaneously create a safe space that challenges you while encouraging you to exercise your own potential, is an ability many health professionals have a hard time balancing. It's one thing to prepared for something and another to be good at it but thankfully, she is both. Highly recommended.
