I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Professional Coach. I hold a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin. I am a bilingual mental health therapist and life coach, working with both English- and Spanish-speaking individuals. While broadly trained in mental health therapy and treatment, I have particular expertise in anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma treatment. Treatment modalities utilized in therapy include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, hypnotherapy, and family systems therapy among others. In coaching, a solution centered approach is central in our work to reach your goals. Therapy and coaching services are offered in English and Spanish.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As your therapist I will work with you to resolve emotional and behavioral issues and assist you in reaching a sense of well-being. I offer a highly personalized approach so you attain personal growth.
