Clients should know that I value honesty, self-awareness, compassion, and personal growth. I work especially well with adults and women who are ready to better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and build healthier emotional patterns. As a Latina clinician and immigrant, I understand how culture, change, family expectations, and major life transitions can impact mental health. My goal is for clients to feel safe, supported, and confident that healing is possible.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I begin by understanding the client’s story, current symptoms, relationships, stressors, and goals. Sessions may include emotional processing, mindfulness exercises, psychoeducation, coping skills, somatic-based techniques, sleep hygiene support, and tools for emotional regulation. I focus on helping clients understand how their mind and body respond to stress while building practical strategies for healing. Treatment is individualized, supportive, and focused on both symptom relief and personal growth.
