Throughout my career; I have embraced the Bio Psycho Social nature of both Social Work and Psychotherapy. As such; my approach looks at the whole person. From a Psycho Social perspective; self-actualization is key. My role is to sympathize; empathize and meet you where you are; as well as to inform and teach. I use CBT and Positive Reinforcement as well as others; as treatment methodologies; therapies and techniques; to assist my clients in meeting their goals. My goal is to assist my clients in building self-esteem; in becoming self-actualized and in finding peace and happiness in their lives.
